Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agentinbox.pro (the "Service") operated by AgentInbox ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, using the dashboard, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

agentinbox.pro is a receive-only inbound email platform. We accept mail for domains you configure, parse and normalize messages, store them for a limited period according to your plan, and deliver events to webhook endpoints you provide. We do not provide outbound SMTP, IMAP, or a human email client.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for developers and businesses building software agents or automated workflows. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Configure DNS and MX records correctly for domains you add.
• Secure your webhook endpoints, API keys, and signing secrets.
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to receive and process inbound email, including personal data contained in messages sent to your addresses.
• Comply with applicable laws for any email or communications you send outside this Service (including CAN-SPAM and similar rules where they apply).
• Honor any applicable registrar or registry policies when purchasing or using domains through the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent content (including via third-party senders to your addresses for abusive purposes).
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Process illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

Data processing role

For inbound email content and related metadata processed on your behalf, you are the data controller and AgentInbox acts as a data processor, handling that data only to provide the Service according to your configuration and our Privacy Policy. A standalone Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request when required for your compliance program.

Fees and payment

Plan tiers, usage limits, and retention periods are described on our pricing page. Domain registration purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, domain fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted to the registrar.

Some plan upgrade flows may be offered as mock or preview billing before recurring subscription billing is enabled. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated fees where permitted by law.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Payment processing is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe's privacy disclosures.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, DNS propagation, registrar delays, and factors outside our control may affect delivery. No service-level agreement (SLA) applies unless we agree to one in writing.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your domains, configuration, and inbound email content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data according to our retention practices.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTINBOX AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US DURING THAT PERIOD.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your inbound email configuration, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
